Items Descriptions
Destination The destination’s name or fax number or e-mail address
will be displayed.
When sending to multiple destinations, the [Broadcast
Details] button will appear. When you click this, other
destination information will be displayed.
When you click the list button and select the address/
sender, the scheduled communication displayed will be
narrowed down by the address/sender.
Status The current status of the scheduled communication will
be displayed.
Number of Pages The number of pages in the document being transmitted
will be displayed.
Scheduled Date/Time The date and time that the communication will start
will be displayed.
[Job Cancel] Check the communication you want to cancel and click
this button.
The cancel confirmation dialog box will appear.
When you click [OK], the communication will be can-
celed and deleted from the list.
[Close] Closes the “Scheduled Communication” list.

Click [Close].
The “Scheduled Communication” list will be closed.
